I am most excited about what this building will do for our BIDMC staff: how it will create bigger, more beautiful, more forward-thinking space for all of you to do your excellent work. We want this to be a reason you can do your jobs with passion.

I have had the privilege to work at BIDMC for the last 16 years of my career. My only regret is that I am retiring this June before I see the new building open. We already provide excellent care to our patients We will now be able to do that in a state of the art facility. Every service line has participated in the functionality of this new space. Collectively our voices were heard in order to create a beautiful but efficient care area.
